It’s the most talked about proposal ever!
Two former contestants of American Idol; Ace Young and Diana Degarmo came to see last Thursday’s show at the Nokia Theatre to know who will come out as Season 11’s American Idol. But before they and the rest of the world found out, Ryan Seacrest brought them up on stage just because they looked so cute together.
What followed Ryan’s proposal fake out earlier in the season is a real proposal from Ace. Ace and Diana became part of AI in different seasons but they found and fell in love with each other while working on Broadway. Needless to say, Diana said yes! And there you have it, the first American Idol engagement ever!
A lot loved the proposal while others have something different to say. Whether the couple rehearsed the scene on the AI stage or not, we are sending them our congratulations and best wishes!
