about Charlie Sheen

Charlie took interest in acting because of his father, Martin Sheen who is also an established actor in the industry. Charlie was given a small part in the Execution of Private Slovik back in 1974; a movie which his father was also a part of.

He went to Santa Monica High School and developed likings for only two things; baseball and acting. While in school, he was a member of his school’s baseball varsity team. After he graduated, he started to pursue acting roles and auditioned for numerous parts.

Charlie became blessed with his projects. However, his life started to spiral down during the mid 90′s. He went to drug rehab and found himself expensively womanizing almost every night. He faced a divorce  from  Donna Peele. During this period, his professional life also started to suffer.

When 2000 started, Charlie’s string of bad luck seemed to have ended. He found himself again in the forefront of sitcoms.  He was in two seasons of Spin City and later found himself as the lead of Two and A Half Men. He got married again in 2002 to Denise Richards. Everyone took it as a sign that his life is really improving. But the two  also filed for divorce which was finalized in 2006.

Charlie’s stability didn’t last long. He is again building his reputation as a womanizer, an alcoholic and more. His negative behavior didn’t produce good press for his projects. With that, he was fired from Two and a Half Men and was replaced by Ashton  Kutcher.
