Skylar Laine leaves American Idol after her performance last Wednesday night. 60 million votes came in but this country singer didn’t receive enough to become part of American Idol’s top 4.
She landed on the bottom two with Hollie but she says she’s not at all surprised. She has noted that there have been a series of weird results during the season. However, when Skylar performed on the Idol stage, she was filled with the same amount of energy like on previous nights and she appeared ready to move on.
She’s ready to start a career and happy to be leaving the Idol stress behind her. Carrie Underwood tweeted her and urged that she head on to Nashville as fast as she can. That’s exactly what Skylar fans expect to happen.
