Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos co-hosts in Live! ? – not gonna happen!
Kelly told Vanity Fair that her husband Mark makes her the happiest woman. She knows that he values their marriage the most and that is why he won’t be appearing to her show as a co-host.
Kathie Lee Gifford left the show in 2000. Regis Philbin hosted it
solo until Kelly Ripa joined in. Changes occurred when Regis Philbin left Live! in November 2011. Since then, Kelly has experienced a series of guest co-hosts in the show and she knows for certain that her husband is not going to be one of them.
Kelly says that she’s been on both sides. The show needs to find someone who can have the right amount of chemistry with the staff, the audience, the show’s format, and with Kelly of course! She understands and hopes that everyone else does too that the process cannot be rushed. they need to find the perfect match. Meanwhile, everyone can continue to enjoy the show with the new ideas they are able to come up with everyday!
