Discovered: Originally Elizabeth wanted to be a dancer, Elizabeth Hurley went to ballet boarding school at 12, but soon returned home. She once again pursued performing when she won a scholarship to the London Studio Centre which taught courses for dance and theater. Elizabeth left dancing behind and made her screen debut in Aria in 1987. Roles in Television, and a film Remando al viento, where she met actor. Relatively unknown in Hollywood, Elizabeth made her breakthrough in the action drama starring Wesley Snipes, Passenger 57 in 1992.
Soon after her film debut Elizabeth became the face of Estee Lauder cosmetics amidst relationship turmoil with Hugh Grant who was found picking up a prostitute.
